In this role, you'll expand the practice's network, strengthen referral partnerships, and position the practice as the preferred choice through trust, shared values, and consistent results.If you have experience in dental sales and established contacts in the industry, this role is a perfect fit for you! Territory : Greater Montreal area Work Place : Work from home and occasional visits to the downtown Montreal office Products / Services : Specialty dental services Salary : $60 000 to $80 000 Commissions / Bonus : 40,000$-50,000$ first year Car allowance : $ / km + monthly allowance Expenses reimbursement :  All expenses are reimbursed Other Benefits :  DentalCell phoneFunctions :  Identify and engage potential referring general dentists and specialists in the Montreal areaMaintain and deepen relationships with existing referral partnersConduct regular follow-ups, in-person visits, and touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and alignmentPlan and execute outreach campaigns (events, lunch & learns, workshops) tailored to dental professionalsPromote the practice's services, values, and clinical expertiseParticipate at dental conferences, trade shows, and industry eventsGather feedback from referral partners to understand their needs and expectationsRequirements : Development vs Maintenance : 50% VS 50% Road vs Office : 80% VS 20% Languages : French and English (perfectly bilingual) Education : Post secondary education is a must, Bachelors degree preferred  Training : Onsite training provided Overnight Travel : twice a year (events) Years' of experience : 5-7 years experience in a similar position. Other requirements :  Highly organizedOutgoing and an extraverted personalityTransferable contacts : Contacts within dentistry industry is a must have Transferable Knowledge :  Understanding of the dental industry
