Join Our Team : Recreation Therapy Worker | Bus Driver at Trinity Care Centre, Penticton
Are you passionate about enhancing the well‑being of others through therapeutic recreation? Trinity Care Centre in Penticton is seeking a dedicated Recreation Therapy Worker | Bus Driver to join our compassionate team. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing our established Recreation Therapy Program, fostering engagement and connection among our residents.

Trinity Care Centre is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive team environment where every team member’s contribution is valued and recognized.
Your Role
You will lead and facilitate a variety of individual and group leisure / recreation therapy programs, including arts, sports, music, and more. Your responsibilities include setting up and organising program spaces, assisting residents in participation, and collaborating with nursing staff and therapists to ensure a seamless experience. Additionally, you will accompany residents on outings, ensuring their safety and enjoyment while confirming program details with relevant team members.
Position Information
We offer a casual role with opportunities to transition to permanent part‑time or full‑time positions through internal postings. Many of our staff begin in casual on‑call positions and progress into long‑term careers.
