Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a temporary Data Entry Clerk to assist with project based work.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurate input of data into the company database. The Data Entry Clerk will process client information, follow up on missing documents, and ensure proper information is added to their CRM system. Candidates must have strong Excel skills, a quiet space to work with dual monitors, and strong Internet connection. Hours are Mon‑Fri normal business hours, some overtime might be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DATA ENTRY CLERK
- Compile, sort, input and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into a database.
- Retrieve data from the clients and process applications accordingly.
- Communicate with customers to ensure financial assistance is properly documented.
- Ensure up‑to‑date records are maintained for customers and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE DATA ENTRY CLERK
EDUCATION
Associate Degree preferred.
