Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for JD Edwards modules
Configure, maintain, and enhance JDE functionality
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
Develop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards to support reconciliation, audits, and financial reporting
Support system upgrades and integrations
Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, automation, and data accuracy within operational functions
Assist with testing, documentation, and implementation of enhancements and fixes
Provide end-user training and documentation for system users
Work with external vendors to resolve system-related issues
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
2–5 years of experience supporting JD Edwards ERP systems
Financial Management (GL integration)
Proficiency with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis
Understanding of data flows, integrations, and system interfaces
