Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in innovative electric motor solutions, is seeking a Production Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Production Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting production and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a passion for continuous improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Analyst
Location: Brockville
Pay Range: 22-23.50 / hour
What's the Job?
- Support production processes by analyzing data to identify areas for efficiency and quality improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and monitor their effectiveness.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with industry standards and internal quality management systems.
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to management to inform decision-making.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing defects and rework costs.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality or production analysis.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, FMEA, and AAR M1003.
- Proficiency with ERP/QMS systems such as Epicor, Plex, or SAP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
