Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and analytical individual who wants to use their analysis skills to improve processes and implement enhancements. The Manager, Data Analytics and Transformation will play a crucial role in the Customer Operations department, focusing on driving continuous improvement projects, leading new product implementations, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency in the meter-to-cash processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging AI and automation to enhance billing operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement projects within the customer operations departments.
- Review billing exceptions, KPIs and develop analysis identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to increase billing accuracy and reduce billing cycle times.
- Lead and manage billing-related projects from conception through execution.
- Oversee reporting and analysis on billing KPIs and monthly reporting for the department
- Working with the Biling Manager, help the team implement AI and automation solutions to streamline billing processes.
- Ensure the team maintains up-to-date process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze billing trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage and resolve complex billing issues and disputes.
- Prepare and present billing reports to senior management.
- Design and develop business intelligence solutions to support billing operations.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in billing, analytics and new products.
- Create presentations on ideas and analysis for leadership teams and executives.
- Tell a compelling story with data to support business decisions and improvements.
