The Senior Manager, Social, plays a pivotal role in delivering client business objectives through customized, insight-driven paid social programs. This role will oversee the execution of social media strategies, maintain strong relationships with social partners, and ensure that clients receive access to the most innovative and premium opportunities available. The Senior Manager will steward tactical social plan development, implementation, and optimization, providing ongoing performance reporting to maximize return on investment.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of highly strategic and innovative paid social media strategies that align with client campaign and business objectives.
- Own all aspects of paid social campaign management, including platform builds, Prisma entry, quality assurance, optimizations, pacing, and post-campaign analysis. Ensure seamless execution across all social initiatives.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs, deliver insightful performance recaps, and present strategic recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and social platform partners to ensure premium access to opportunities and up-to-date industry trends.
- Mentor junior team members, overseeing their day-to-day activities. Provide oversight, training, and support to ensure continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing Science, and Activation teams to drive innovation and capability development in paid social programs. Ensure social initiatives are seamlessly integrated with broader media strategies across channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key social platform partners, staying informed on the latest trends, best practices, and opportunities to enhance capabilities for clients.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, providing insightful performance reporting and optimization recommendations to maximize ROI and drive client success.
- Conduct platform-level forecasting and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency within paid social programs.
- Support the implementation of internal processes and quality control initiatives to ensure error-free execution of tasks and continual improvement across all social campaigns.
- Leverage Omni, our people-based marketing platform, to drive targeted audience activation, develop innovative channel planning strategies, analyze digital content inventory, and contribute to the overall success of marketing initiatives.
