Responsibilities

Lead and manage data-related projects for the contact center, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Drive agile project management processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient delivery cycles.

Oversee the implementation of data solutions using Snowflake and Salesforce CRM systems, ensuring integration with other platforms and alignment with business needs.

Work closely with executive-level stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Facilitate discussions to drive buy-in and secure necessary resources for project success.

Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders and escalate issues as needed to keep projects on track.

Manage and guide a diverse team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Develop team members' skills through mentoring, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Ensure the team adheres to best practices in data governance and data management processes.

Lead or support AI-related projects, collaborating with technical teams to implement AI solutions that enhance the performance and efficiency of contact center operations.

Oversee the establishment and enforcement of data governance policies, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance across all data systems and platforms.

Proactively identify and implement improvements to data management processes, tools, and systems.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies or methodologies that can improve project outcomes and increase operational efficiency.

Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure that the team maintains a focus on delivering high-quality results while balancing risks, resources, and timelines effectively.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience leading and managing data teams, particularly within contact center environments.

Hands-on experience with data warehousing platforms, such as Snowflake, and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects within an agile environment.

Experience with AI / ML or AI-related projects is a strong plus.

Solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices.

Strong foundation in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.), with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering results on time and within scope.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) are a plus.

Ability to assess project risks, define mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution in a timely manner.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and business units.

Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.

Strong people management and team-building capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in data management, analytics, and AI / ML applications in the contact center and CRM domains.

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
