We are seeking a Sr or Lead Oracle Cloud HCM SQL / SSIS Data Conversion Analyst to WORK REMOTE, for our Western Canadian based client.
Term : Initially until Dec 31, 2024, with high likelihood of 6 month extension effective Jan 1, 2025.
ROLE :
The Sr or Lead Data Conversion Analyst is responsible for the successful migration of legacy organization and employee data to the Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Workforce Pro solutions within the HR Transformation program as per requirements and defined scope. The individual in this role brings a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM solution.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Strong knowledge and experience with SQL and development tools such as SSIS, Source Tree and related technologies

Oracle HCM data conversion experience
Excellent problem-solving and communications skills
Solid numerical skills, Excel proficiency
Sound knowledge of querying languages
DUTIES :
Participate in the technical stream meetings, during strategy and design to develop a full understanding of the conversion path.
Develop and complete conversion data activities, including support for Mainframe and other system data extractions and conversion activities for cloud application such as Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Workforce Pro.
Data mapping and documentation of processes.
Identify and develop test strategy for new builds and continuous improvement initiatives.
Triage defect review with stakeholders and drive to resolution.
for lead role)Team resource guidance : Oversee workstream team members to ensure they are delivering work activities on schedule. Work with Oracle Workstream Leader to plan and manage resource workloads and track progress to achieve planned milestones in alignment with overall program.
Business operations and Oracle Cloud HCM knowledge : Provide guidance, recommendations, and insight to team resources about conversion methods and recommended practices.
Collaboration and Strategic Alignment : Work in close and constant communications with the team and the Oracle and Time & Attendance Workstream Leaders – directly reporting to the Oracle Workstream Leader. This collaboration is essential for ensuring that the data conversion cycles are aligned with the larger program goals and the Wave deployment schedule.
Risk Management and Quality Assurance : Proactively identify and address potential risks, aligning risk mitigation strategies with the workstream cycle schedules. Maintain high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
