Application and Data Support Analyst

We are looking for a resourceful and solution-oriented Application and Data Support Analyst. Your role will be twofold : ensuring the continuity of our current management platform while actively participating in our digital transformation.

Direct impact : You will be the IT point of contact and will participate in the organization's digital transformation

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

Operational Platform Administration : Ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and evolution of the internal database (MS Access). Ensure data reliability for the production, procurement, and sales departments.

User Technical Support : Act as the first point of contact for daily IT needs (workstations, peripherals, M365 suite, and Outlook).

Digital Transformation Support (ERP) : Collaborate on the transition project to a new ERP system, including data extraction and standardization, and SQL script writing.

Infrastructure Liaison : Maintain technical communication with external partners responsible for server, network, and cybersecurity management.

Information Governance : Structure and write technical documentation related to the company's IT assets and processes.

Qualifications

You possess the following skills :

At least two years of relevant experience as an IT generalist or technician, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Proven proficiency in MS Access.

Ability to manipulate data and write basic SQL scripts.

Excellent command of the Microsoft 365 environment and workstation configuration.

High level of autonomy, adaptability (resilience), and excellent communication skills.
