  • Review and approve test strategies, approaches, and plans to ensure appropriate test coverage for each project.
  • Establish and enforce QA standards, methodologies, and documentation practices for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Delegate testing assignments, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of test planning, script development, and execution.

Automation & Performance Testing

  • Provide technical direction and guidance on automation frameworks across ERP, eCommerce, Web, WCS, SCP, CPQ, and third‑party systems.
  • Support and influence adoption of advanced automation tools and technologies, including RPA and Selenium, where applicable.
  • Enterprise Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison between QA, Enterprise IT, and Business Units to follow up on action items, recommendations, and remediation plans.
  • Drive cohesion, consistency, and collaboration across QA team members through strong technical leadership and mentoring.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to QA processes, tools, and delivery models.
  • Required Experience & Technical Skills

  • 6–9 years of hands‑on experience in Software QA and Testing within large, complex production environments.
  • Direct QA experience supporting Oracle Application Suite in an enterprise ERP setting.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, QA standards, and full project life cycle testing, including production maintenance release cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency with automated testing tools such as OpenText ALM, UFT, and LoadRunner Enterprise.
  • Solid understanding of project timelines, dependencies, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Project and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools (OEM experience preferred).
  • Exposure to RPA and Selenium automation tools is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑demand testing environment.
  • Leadership & Professional Skills

  • Ability to set functional, technical, and analytical direction for the QA team.
  • Proven capability to lead teams through both technical and functional expertise.
  • Strong project planning and risk assessment skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including rapport‑building, listening, and effective questioning.
  • Experience communicating effectively with end users and multiple levels of management.
  • Strong organizational, follow‑up, resource management, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Copeland Values & Cultural Expectations

  • Embodies Copeland values of Excellence, Innovation, Partnership, Responsibility, and Respect.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
  • Works effectively across global, cross‑functional teams.
