Job description

Modalités :

  • Modalités : Présentiel 5 jours par semaine, sauf la semaine de garde (une semaine sur cinq).
  • Localisation : Montérégie

Responsabilités :

  • Assurer la réception, le traitement et le suivi des requêtes de support au centre d’assistance informatique.
  • Gérer les demandes urgentes en dehors des heures normales de travail.
  • Administrer les comptes utilisateurs dans Active Directory.
  • Gérer les sauvegardes des systèmes de bureautique, d’automatisation et de production.
  • Fournir un support de première ligne pour les problèmes matériels, systèmes d’exploitations, configurations et installations.
  • Prioriser les requêtes en fonction de leur urgence.
  • Contrôler les sauvegardes journalières et la mise en sécurité des données.
  • Maintenir l’inventaire des équipements informatiques.
  • Participer activement aux projets, à l’analyse des risques et impacts pour les utilisateurs.
  • Veiller à ce que les normes ITIL et / ou SOx soient respectées par le groupe TI.
  • Offrir un support 7 jours sur 7, 24 heures sur 24, en rotation.
