Our client is a leading telecommunications and media company in Canada. They are looking for their new Customer Account Coordinator who will be involved in relations with small and medium-sized businesses.
Your role :
- Develop detailed sales strategies to achieve financial objectives.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and other methods.
- Drive growth and retention of telecom services within a defined area.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and efficient sales administration.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing the entire sales cycle.
Position type : Executive - permanent contract
Salary : 80-82k base + + 55% of bonus salary depending on solutions sold.
Working hours : Monday to Friday (Hybrid, 3d / week in the office)
Job location : Montreal, île des Soeurs
Skills and qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B account coordination or sales role.
- Valid driver's license for customer travel.
- Bilingualism required : frequent interaction with English and French-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Sales experience in the telecommunications sector an advantage.
- Skills in consultative and solution-oriented sales techniques.
