Tâches/Responsabilités
Le spécialiste CRM sera la référence interne D365 et sera responsable de l’évolution de la plateforme.
Sous la responsabilité du directeur TI il participera à l’évolution, la configuration et la formation des nouveaux utilisateurs.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
• Assurer la formation des super utilisateurs
• Développer et concevoir le contenu de formation
• Analyser les besoins d’affaires et rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles
• Configurer les modules et fonctionnalités du CRM
• Participer aux phases de tests et rédiger la documentation
• Œuvrer dans un environnement AGILE
PROFIL
• 5+ années d’expérience en TI dont 3 ans avec D365
• Expérience en environnement : Windows, SQL, D365, Power platform
• Forte connaissance en configuration de D365 CRM
• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent
• Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel)
