Job description
Le (la) technicien administratif pour notre département de crédit agit à titre de personne ressource pour soutenir l’administration et la gestion des dossiers de projets de construction. Il (elle) aura à communiquer avec divers professionnels, entrepreneurs généraux et clients afin de recueillir les informations pertinentes à l’évaluation et le suivi des dossiers.
La personne devra effectuer certaines recherches en matière de responsabilité civile (recherches de titres, dénonciations de propriétés etc.) ainsi que réaliser différentes tâches administratives inhérentes au bon fonctionnement des opérations du département.
