The Navadian CHALLENGE :
Follow up with customers on collection issues
Answer customer e-mails and manage e-mail box
Perform credit reviews of customer accounts
Open customer files in the system and perform required verifications
Keep customer database and location up to date in the system
Scan cheque deposits and post payments in the system
Send statements of account for all divisions as required and perform follow-ups
Produce various management reports
Manage customer credit card payment requests
Support team in daily tasks
Carry out miscellaneous requests related to operations.
Your profile :
DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or finance
Minimum 2 years' experience in collections and accounting
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
