Job descriptionTuesday–Friday : 3 : 15 p.m. – 8 : 00 p.m. Saturday : 10 : 00 a.m. – 4 : 00 p.m. Deliver high-quality swim instruction with confidence, warmth, and enthusiasm Create and adapt lesson plans to suit individual swimmer needs Build skills, confidence, and water safety awareness in every swimmer Maintain a safe, structured, and fun pool environment Enforce pool rules and ensure full compliance with safety standards Educate swimmers and families on water safety practices Set up the pool deck before shifts and clean up after Attend all scheduled staff training sessions Accurately record hours worked Keep all certifications current Build strong, positive relationships with swimmers and parents Communicate progress clearly and celebrate milestones Actively contribute to a welcoming, supportive swim school community Peppy, upbeat, and full of positive energy Passionate about swimming and teaching children Confident, professional, and reliable A strong communicator who parents trust and kids love Excited to help build something meaningful—not just show up for a shift Make an Impact : Help shape a swim school from the ground up and change lives through water safety Growth Opportunities : Take on new responsibilities as the school grows Supportive, Fun Team : Work with people who love what they do Free Certification Renewal : We cover required certification renewal costs Team social events Awesome staff room Free snacks Warm pool & small class sizes for a better teaching experience Company events Flexible schedule On-site parking Paid time off

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and high-energy Swim Instructors who genuinely love working with kids and want to be part of something special from the ground up.
If you bring great vibes, strong teaching skills, and a big smile to the pool deck, we want to meet you.
Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Minimum 3+ years of swim instruction experience (mandatory)
- Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification (required)
- Standard First Aid with CPR Level C
- Strong knowledge of pool safety regulations and procedures
- Must enjoy working with children and feel confident teaching various age groups
- High energy, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Ability to obtain a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
