Job description

OUR COMPANY RegASK is an AI-driven solution enabling end-to-end intelligent regulatory workflow orchestration: automating regulatory intelligence with curated content and actionable insights, smart documentation and a connected community of over 1,700+ subject matter experts for streamlined regulatory execution globally.

RegASK augments Regulatory Affairs teams, combining AI efficiency and community-driven intelligence to streamline compliance across the product lifecycle.

The RegASK team is highly diverse, with more than 10 nationalities across 3 continents, entrepreneurial and very agile.

We are currently recruiting highly motivated individuals to expand its team and support its ambitious growth plans.

If you are a doer who enjoys working across industries and continents, autonomous in your working style, and eager to problem solve, we would love to hear from you.

  • POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a Regulatory Intelligence Intern to support our team.

This role offers hands-on experience in regulatory research, analysis, and digital workflow support across multiple jurisdictions and product categories.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our stakeholders to deliver actionable regulatory insights.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about regulatory science, compliance, and technology-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and summarize regulatory updates from global health authorities (e.g., FDA, EMA, TGA, ANVISA, SFDA).

Assist in categorizing regulatory changes by industry, product type, jurisdiction, and topic (e.g., labeling, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance).

Draft concise summaries and impact assessments for new regulations, guidance documents, and enforcement actions.

Support the maintenance of RegASK’s regulatory databases and internal knowledge repositories.

Collaborate with regulatory experts and analysts to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

Help prepare reports and dashboards for client deliverables and internal use.

Contribute to the optimization of workflows and AI-supported tools for regulatory monitoring.

Qualification & Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.

Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Interest in regulatory science, compliance, and emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment.

Previous experience or coursework related to regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or compliance is an advantage.

What We Offer: Exposure to real-world regulatory challenges across multiple industries and regions.

Hands-on learning at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and Regulatory Intelligence.

Mentorship and professional development opportunities with industry experts.

A dynamic, fast-growing environment where your contributions make a visible impact.

How to Apply: If you are excited about this opportunity and believe you have the skills and qualifications to excel as our Regulatory Intelligence Intern, please submit your resume for our consideration.

We appreciate all applications, but only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.

Thank you for considering joining the RegASK team.

We look forward to reviewing your application! Powered by JazzHR
