Enrolment Services Officer
Term Full-time ASAP, to December 23, 2026
Duties: This is a term position to backfill the regular, full-time position (full-time description attached). Reporting to the Associate Registrar and Manager of Enrolment Services, this position is responsible for the setup and maintenance of academic, trades, vocational and adult upgrading (UACE) course curriculum within the Student Information System (Colleague). This position responds to inquiries from students, staff, and the public; manages student registrations; processes payments and refunds; prepares routine correspondence; and provides backup support to all other Enrolment Services Officers as needed.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will hold an Office Administration Certificate or equivalent and bring a minimum of two years' administrative experience within an integrated office environment. They will demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel, along with excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution abilities. The successful candidate will possess well‑developed time management, multi‑tasking, and organizational skills, and will thrive in a collaborative team environment-recognized for their respect, cooperation, and willingness to support and share knowledge with colleagues. Experience working with student information systems, particularly Colleague, is considered an asset.

Salary: Position# 117
CUPE Pay Level 4 with a starting wage of $2,262.49 pay period with increments progressing to Step 5 as per the CUPE Collective agreement (This includes 16% in lieu of benefits and vacation)
