L’entreprise Connected Care de Philips Santé est au service de la communauté des soins de santé grâce à la gestion efficace des installations d'équipement médical essentiel et à la mise en œuvre efficace de solutions informatiques à différents stades du continuum des soins de santé. Votre rôle en tant que chef de projets clients consiste à gérer de multiples systèmes de monitorage des patients ou la mise en œuvre de soins thérapeutiques dont la portée, la taille et la complexité varient. Les projets peuvent inclure des solutions informatiques, l’installation d’équipement essentiel et l’intégration de systèmes. Vous aurez également la responsabilité de diriger une équipe clinique et technique pour chaque projet, afin d’assurer une expérience client satisfaisante et le respect de l’énoncé des travaux défini.

Votre rôle

  • Élaborer des plans de projet qui comprennent les éléments suivants à l’aide de la méthodologie de gestion de projets de Philips : structure de répartition du travail complète, plan de gestion des changements, plan de communication, plan de gestion des risques, analyse des parties prenantes et plan de gestion des ressources.

  • Coordonner, diriger et motiver une équipe interfonctionnelle diversifiée composée de ressources commerciales, cliniques et techniques internes et externes, en collaboration avec le chef de projet ou les personnes-ressources de l’hôpital.

  • Être responsable de la communication efficace avec toutes les parties prenantes du projet et tous les fournisseurs tiers, incluant notamment les mises à jour et les réunions régulières du projet, comme indiqué dans le plan du projet.

  • Collaborer, à l’occasion, avec les équipes commerciales, cliniques et techniques concernées au cours de la phase préalable à la vente afin de déterminer la meilleure solution pour un client particulier, et de s’assurer de la faisabilité de la solution technique et de la manière dont elle répondra aux attentes du client.

  • Être responsable de la gestion prévisionnelle des stocks, de la durée des projets, de l’exactitude des prévisions, de la constatation des recettes et de la satisfaction des clients.

  • De bonnes capacités de communication en français (à l'oral et à l'écrit) sont requises pour ce poste.

  • Le titulaire de ce poste travaille à domicile et peut être appelé à se déplacer jusqu’à 50 % du temps.

Vous êtes le bon candidat si vous répondez aux critères ci-dessous.

  • Vous avez acquis au moins deux ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets, de préférence dans un environnement de soins de santé ou de technologie (p. ex. TI des soins de santé, surveillance des patients, intégration informatique, développement de logiciels).

  • Vous disposez de compétences démontrées quant à l’utilisation de MS Project et d’autres outils et documents de gestion de projets normalisés. Vous êtes capable de démontrer votre capacité à exercer un leadership influent et efficace auprès de toutes les ressources et parties prenantes des projets. Vous êtes également capable de négocier efficacement, de satisfaire pleinement les clients et de gérer et diriger plusieurs projets simultanément.

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un baccalauréat ou avez acquis une combinaison équivalente d’expérience et de formation dans les domaines suivants : sciences cliniques ou informatiques, technologies de l'information, gestion de projets. La préférence sera accordée aux titulaires d’une certification en gestion de projets (certificat de professionnel en gestion de projets ou certificat de maîtrise en gestion de projets). La certification LEAN est également un atout.

  • Vous êtes un leader solide, doté d'excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation, de présentation, de relations interpersonnelles et de communication. Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, dans la langue locale comme en anglais.

La fourchette de rémunération pour ce poste est de 74 900 $ à 117 700 $. Le salaire de base réel offert peut varier à l’intérieur des fourchettes indiquées en fonction de multiples facteurs, notamment les connaissances/compétences liées à l’emploi, l’expérience, les besoins de l’entreprise, la situation géographique et l’équité interne.

The Philips Healthcare Connected Care business serves the healthcare community through effective and efficient management of capital medical equipment installations and IT solution implementation at various stages across the healthcare continuum. Your role as Customer Project Manager is to manage multiple patient monitoring systems and/or therapeutic care implementations that vary in scope, size and complexity. Projects can include IT solutions, capital equipment installation and systems integration. You will also be responsible for leading a clinical and technical team for each project, to ensure successful customer experience and adherence to the defined statement of work.

Your role:

  • Developing project plans; inclusive of the following elements, utilizing the Philips Project Management Methodology: Comprehensive WBS (work breakdown structure), Change Management Plan, Communication Plan, Risk Management Plan, Stakeholder Analysis and Resource Management Plan.

  • Coordinating, leading and motivating a diverse cross-functional team of internal and external Sales, Clinical and Technical resources in coordination with the hospital provided project manager or point(s) of contact.

  • Responsible for effectively communicating with all project stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Including but not limited to regular project updates and regular project meetings as outlined in the project plan.

  • May be required to work with the applicable Sales, Clinical, and technical teams in the pre-sales phase to determine the best solution for a particular customer to assure the feasibility of the technical solution and how it will meet customer expectations.

  • The Customer Project Manager will be responsible for Forward Looking Inventory Management, Project Cycle Time, Forecast Accuracy, Revenue Recognition, and Customer Satisfaction.

  • Good communication skills in French Language (Verbal and Written) are required for this role.

  • This is a home-based position with travel up to 50% of the time.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years’ experience in Project Management preferably within a Healthcare or Technology Environment (i.e. Healthcare IT, Patient Monitoring, IT Integration, Software Development).

  • Your skills include a demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Project and other standardized Project Management tools and documentation. You’re able to demonstrate effective influential leadership across all project resources/stakeholders. You also can effectively negotiate, deliver highly satisfied customer experiences, and effectively manage and lead multiple projects concurrently.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (required), or an equivalent combined experience/education in the areas of: Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management. Certification in Project Management preferred (PMP or Masters Certificate in Project Management). LEAN Certification is also helpful.

  • You’re a strong leader with excellent organization, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. You have exceptional communication both verbally and in writing, in local language as well as English.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $74,900 to $117,700. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
