RENAPS est à la recherche d’un(e) Représentant(e) des ventes de solutions TI.

Votre rôle


Vous serez responsable d’offrir un service de proximité aux clients de RENAPS, en répondant avec agilité à leurs besoins et en proposant des solutions TI adaptées, tant en produits qu’en services.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires de vos clients, tout en contribuant à leur offrir une expérience client de haut niveau.

Ce poste s’adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) des ventes internes ayant une solide expérience des ententes de solutions TI et dans la vente de services gérés technologiques.

Responsabilités principales

  • Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients de votre territoire afin de stimuler la croissance des ventes ;
  • Promouvoir l’ensemble des offres de RENAPS et bâtir un solide pipeline de ventes.
  • Conseiller les clients dans le choix des produits et répondre à leurs demandes par téléphone, courriel ou visioconférence ;
  • Préparer les soumissions, les transmettre et en assurer le suivi ;
  • Effectuer les recherches nécessaires (produits, prix, délais de livraison, escomptes, etc) ;
  • Maintenir une documentation rigoureuse dans le CRM et des plans de compte à jour.
  • Participer à l’occasion, à la rédaction et au suivi des appels d’offres publics ;
  • Participer à des formations obligatoires à l’occasion pour demeurer à l’affût des évolutions du marché TI ;
  • Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients à long terme.
  • Représenter RENAPS lors d’événements et développer des partenariats d’affaires stratégiques.

Ce que nous recherchons

Profil

  • Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire en TI ;
  • Bonne connaissance des solutions TI du marché et capacité à rester à l’affût des nouvelles tendances afin de mieux conseiller la clientèle ;
  • Expérience d’utilisation d’un CRM (un atout) ;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit), incluant un niveau avancé d’anglais pour collaborer avec des parties prenantes anglophones ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft (Outlook, Teams, Excel).

RENAPS is currently looking for an IT Solutions Sales Representative.

Your Role

You will be responsible for providing RENAPS clients with personalized service by responding proactively to their needs and recommending tailored IT solutions, both in terms of products and services.

You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their business objectives while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

This position is ideal for an Inside Sales professional with solid experience in IT solution agreements and the sale of managed technology services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within your territory to drive sales growth;
  • Promote RENAPS' full range of offerings and build a strong sales pipeline;
  • Advise clients on product selection and respond to their inquiries by phone, email, or video conference;
  • Prepare quotations, submit them to clients, and ensure proper follow-up;
  • Conduct the necessary research regarding products, pricing, delivery timelines, discounts, etc.;
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and keep account plans up to date;
  • Occasionally participate in the preparation and follow-up of public-sector RFPs and tenders;
  • Occasionally participate in mandatory training sessions to stay up to date with developments and trends in the IT market;
  • Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Represent RENAPS at events and develop strategic business partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar IT sales role;
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions available on the market and the ability to stay informed about emerging trends in order to provide effective customer advice;
  • Experience using a CRM is an asset;
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written, including an advanced level of English to collaborate effectively with English-speaking stakeholders;
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
