We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a team that is pushing the boundaries of innovation. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex programming solutions to meet our production and manufacturing needs. Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement CNC programs for lathes and mills using Virtual Gibbs, PartMaker, and CAM software.

2. Perform full set-ups and program edits to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process.

3. Collaborate with the engineering team to design and produce custom parts and tools.

4. Hold tight tolerances to ensure the highest level of accuracy in all manufactured parts.

5. Monitor and adjust programs as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machining.

7. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

8. Stay current with the latest CNC technology and programming techniques.

9. Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the engineering industry.

2. Extensive knowledge of and experience with CAM software.

3. Proven ability to hold tight tolerances and perform full set-ups.

4. Experience with lathes and mills.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex programming issues.

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

7. High level of attention to detail and precision.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

9. Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

10. Willingness to stay current with the latest CNC technology and programming techniques.
