The Opportunity

Join 4AG Robotics for your next co‑op or internship term and help shape the future of agricultural automation. As part of our mechanical design team, you’ll contribute to developing and improving the robotic systems that power our mushroom harvesting technology. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real‑world experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where your work has a direct impact on product innovation and performance.

• Evaluate existing robotic products to identify opportunities for enhancement, optimization, and innovation.
• Support the development of functional prototypes to test performance and validate design concepts.
• Translate high‑level requirements into efficient and well‑defined subsystem designs.
• Create clear, detailed product operational and safety procedures.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from engineers, designers, and stakeholders to refine mechanical designs.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure mechanical design tasks are completed on time.
