The Opportunity

Dentalcorp is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and support the continued expansion of our network of dental practices across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Recruitment is critical to our success, ensuring our practices are equipped with top tier talent to deliver exceptional patient care.

This role has been created to support ongoing growth and evolving talent demands across our Prairie portfolio. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a recruitment professional who is passionate about making an impact, influencing hiring strategies, and elevating the candidate experience.

This is a remote role, with the successful candidate based in either Manitoba or Saskatchewan, supporting practices across both provinces.

Who You Are

You are a service oriented and results driven talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. You are passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities and take pride in delivering exceptional service to your stakeholders.

You bring a balance of strong relationship building skills and independent drive, allowing you to manage your portfolio with confidence while contributing to a broader team mandate. You are adaptable, resourceful, and continuously looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

You likely:

  • Excel in building relationships and influencing hiring decisions

  • Communicate effectively and confidently with candidates and stakeholders

  • Thrive in environments that require adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving

  • Are highly organized and data-driven in your approach

  • Enjoy both collaboration and autonomy in your work

  • Are motivated by excellence and continuous improvement

The Impact You’ll Have

Reporting to the Western Recruitment Manager, you will work closely with the broader Recruitment team and your assigned portfolio of dental practices across Manitoba and Saskatchewan to support their hiring and workforce planning needs.

You will act as a trusted partner to practice leaders, directly impacting clinic performance by ensuring timely and effective hiring of dental professionals. Your work will contribute to improved staffing levels, stronger team performance, and ultimately, enhanced patient care.

This role collaborates cross functionally with Marketing, Operations, and the Campus team to support recruitment initiatives, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. You will also contribute to tracking recruitment metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

In This Role, You Will

  • Source, interview, and hire dental professionals across your regional portfolio of practices

  • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, social media, networking events, and direct outreach

  • Partner with the various teams to develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns

  • Prescreen, interview, and assess candidates, providing recommendations and guiding hiring decisions

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process including offer letters, background checks, and reference checks

  • Build and maintain relationships with dental associations, post secondary institutions, and industry groups in collaboration with the Campus Manager

  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Dentalcorp’s employer value proposition to attract top talent

  • Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to drive insights and continuous improvement

  • Provide market insights and talent trends to inform hiring strategies

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders

  • Experience with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting

  • High level of resourcefulness and creativity in solving complex hiring challenges

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A data-driven mindset with experience tracking and leveraging recruitment metrics

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, HR, or Operations is considered an asset
