Our client is seeking an experienced Cobol Developer to join the team in their Saint Laurent, QC location.
The contract is for 3 month with strong potential for it to be extended for a further 3 months.
Overview:
Our client is working on a project to integrate their external programs and dbases to tie PeopleSoft data to their Payroll system.
Required Skills and Experience includes:
-Excellent communications skills; French language proficiency with good English language skills
-Education: Relevant education should include a University Degree/College Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent work related experience
-Good working knowledge/understanding of Cobol, Excel and SQL-R as they will be using this technology to build code to tie the database information into a Payroll application.
-Experience working with PeopleSoft programs and data bases
-Experience working with payroll systems
