The Role

Freight Club is a leading provider in the shipping industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of logistics technology. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of product strategy, technical integration, and customer experience. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and external partners to build scalable, high-impact solutions that drive value for our users and strengthen our integration ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex problems, and is passionate about building products that make a difference.

Who You Are

• You’re an excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• You’re a strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term vision.
• You have 3+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager or similar role.
• You have a strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and SaaS platforms.
• You’re comfortable reading and interpreting technical documentation.
• You have experience working with agile development teams and managing product backlogs.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, or eCommerce is a strong asset.
• You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and remote-flexible environment.
• You are a champion for our company values and consistently promote them in your interactions.
• You’re tenacious and proactive in unblocking issues, especially when working with third-party partners or external teams.
• You’re confident communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, clearly articulating blockers, solutions, and next steps.
• You’re highly self-organized and proactive—able to anticipate issues, align stakeholders early, and follow through without waiting for problems to escalate.
• You take pride in defining clear, complete requirements—thinking through edge cases, writing binary acceptance criteria, and ensuring nothing is ambiguous for the development team.

Compensation

The Salary Range for this role is between $85,000 and $105,000 depending on experience, skills, training and organizational needs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.
