Location : Remote. Open to candidates in the US but Canada is preferred.

About the Role
As General Manager youll play a pivotal role in scaling the brand from $5M to $30M in revenue. Leveraging your network of eCommerce experts and agencies youll hit the ground running to drive growth optimize operations and position the company as a market leader.
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to scale the brand across multiple channels.
- Manage the P&L ensuring profitable growth and longterm sustainability.
- Build and nurture relationships with key eCommerce experts agencies and partners to support business goals.
- Drive expansion into new markets and develop innovative product strategies.
- Oversee the launch and growth of products on Amazon and other US marketplaces.
- Continuously improve the customer experience and optimize operational efficiency.
What Were Looking For :
- Experience : Proven track record of scaling a DTC eCommerce brand from $5M to $30M in revenue.
- Industry Knowledge : Background in the sleep tech space is highly preferred.
- Network : Extensive connections with eCommerce experts agencies and partners.
- Marketplace Expertise : Demonstrated success in launching and growing products on Amazon and other US marketplaces.
- Leadership : Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills with experience managing crossfunctional teams.
- Passion : We need someone whos excited about this phase of growth. This is going to require a lot of hands on attention and execution.
