Licensed Realtor – Client Experience & Transaction Management
Are you a licensed Realtor who loves the business but would rather focus on serving clients than prospecting, lead generation, and building your own book of business?
We are a top-producing real estate team completing 70+ transactions annually and are seeking an experienced Realtor to take ownership of the client experience from accepted offer through to closing.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through inspections, negotiations, contract milestones, and key decisions while ensuring every transaction is managed with professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail.
This is not an administrative position. We're looking for someone who enjoys client communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation:
$70,000 yearly PLUS Bonus Structure
Responsibilities:
Act as the lead Realtor on all transactions from accepted offer through closing
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the transaction process
Conduct onboarding and milestone calls with buyers and sellers
Prepare and coordinate offers, amendments, and supporting documentation
Attend home inspections and manage any resulting negotiations
Review and summarize strata documentation
Coordinate with lenders, lawyers, inspectors, and other third parties
Ensure all contractual deadlines and conditions are met
Maintain CRM records and transaction notes
Support lead and showing follow-up when required
Assist with CMA groundwork and market research
Help maintain efficient office operations and systems
Occasionally assist with team events and miscellaneous tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Licensed Realtor in British Columbia
Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle
Strong understanding of contracts, negotiations, and the transaction lifecycle
Confident leading client conversations and providing professional guidance
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple active files simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes
Proficient with Paragon, Webforms, Strata documents, and the Kelowna real estate market
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general technology platforms
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed
