Job description

Precision Well Servicing is currently seeking a General Labourer to join our Projects Team in the Red Deer area. This hands-on role supports yard clean-up, asset recovery, equipment preparation, and disposal projects across Precision locations.

Precision Well Servicing is the largest service rig provider in Canada, with a large fleet of equipment, experienced service rig professionals, and strong relationships with top-tier customers.

This is a project-based position with varying schedules depending on operational needs.

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of a Team Lead, responsibilities may include:

  • Strip usable assets from equipment being prepared for disposal
  • Assist with yard clean-up and equipment organization
  • Prepare new or returning equipment for active field placement
  • Travel to other stations as required for project work

8-hour shifts on varying schedules — typically 10 days on / 4 days off.

Some projects may require travel for up to two weeks at a time. Transportation, accommodations, and daily subsistence will be provided for out-of-town work.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and commitment to Precision's safety culture
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
  • Reliable transportation to Red Deer
  • 18 years or older
  • Mechanically inclined and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to follow direction and work well as part of a team
  • Ability to safely lift, push, pull, carry, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks in accordance with company policies and applicable safety legislation
  • Forklift/loader, first aid, and rig worker fall arrest training are considered assets.

If you are safety-minded, dependable, mechanically inclined, and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to join Canada's largest service rig provider.

We thank all candidates for their interest in Precision Well Servicing, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
