We are currently recruiting a Senior Manager, Credit Administration to fill a permanent vacancy in our Credit Department.
Reporting to the Vice-President, Credit Risk, in this role you will provide leadership and functional ownership of Credit Administration and Support, and be accountable for the effectiveness, scalability, and risk management of the end-to-end loan lifecycle across Kindred. You will ensure credit administration capabilities enable portfolio growth, protect asset quality, support regulatory compliance, and deliver an efficient, member-centred lending experience aligned with Kindred’s strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides enterprise oversight of credit administration activities across the loan lifecycle.
- Leads the credit administration and support teams, creating a highly engaged team demonstrating trust, teamwork and care for one another, while providing a high standard of service and support to the branch teams.
- Accountable for outcomes related to credit administration, including service effectiveness, operational efficiency, compliance and quality assurance, security management, and the integrity of credit data and documentation.
- Leads continuous improvement, digitization, and automation initiatives to enable scalable, sustainable lending operations, partnering with external vendors and internal departments on cross-functional initiatives.
- Responsible for credit data management and reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable information supports regulatory compliance, portfolio oversight, and executive decision.
