Duffy Water Treatment a trusted name in providing high-quality environmentally friendly water treatment solutions is seeking a friendly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our growing team!
About the Role :
As the first point of contact for customers and clients youll represent our commitment to excellent service. Your responsibilities will include :
Answering phones and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing data entry etc.)
Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks
Assisting with customer inquiries and sales-related activities (bonus eligible!)
What Were Looking For :
Fluency in both English and French is required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic experience with bookkeeping or accounting software
Organized punctual and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus
What We Offer :
Competitive hourly pay of $18.00 / hour plus bonuses (average yearly gross salary ranges from $40000 - $70000) .
