About the role :

As a Bar Manager, you will oversee our multi-bar operations, responsible for ensuring smooth daily service and high-quality guest experiences. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will be key in managing the bar team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the bar staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate bar staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Interact with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor and anticipate guest needs, providing attentive and personalized service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain excellent communication with staff and guests.
