Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing :
Execute effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational goal
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and securing favorable terms.
Supplier Relationship Management :
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and innovation.
Address and resolve issues with suppliers, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnershi
Cost Optimization :
Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor overall procurement expenses.
Continuously assess market trends, conduct benchmarking, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Stakeholder Collaboration :

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and project managers, to understand their
procurement needs.
Ensure effective communication and alignment of procurement strategies with organizational objective
Compliance and Risk Management :
Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, implementing appropriate controls.
Performance Monitoring :
Regularly analyze data and provide reports to management on procurement performance.
Qualifications
Supply Chain experience, or a related fiel
Proven experience as a Procurement associate
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, sourcing, and contract execution
Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office S
