Collaboration with internal and external partners is essential to ensure the portfolio remains innovative, rigorous, and globally relevant. Applicants for the Head of Fundamental Research position at the company should hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field and have a proven track record of research contribution. The role requires a deep understanding of research principles, program design, and best practices in research management, as well as experience in a research-focused organization with a background in managing a team of highly engaged researchers.
