Job description
Are you an experienced Assembler with a great personality and a drive to succeed? We are looking for outgoing, talkative, and charismatic individuals to join our team in Victoria, BC. Location: Victoria, BC

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Status: Long-Term

Environment: Team-oriented, highly automated, and state-of-the-art facility.

Afternoon shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check

Collaboration: Communicating constantly with your team to maintain workflow in a highly synchronized, state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications
Personality Plus: We need "no-one-shy" types—charismatic, talkative, and energetic team players.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of assembly experience.

Reliability: A track record of tenure and commitment to long-term roles.

Compliance: Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and adhere to strict Health & Safety standards.

Team Fit: You must be a professional, friendly, and ready to contribute to a positive culture.
