Job description
The Key User is a referent for the IT tools and systems used in the Amazon logistics center. He acts as a liaison between the operational teams and the IT teams, ensuring the proper use and optimization of the systems in place. This will essentially be an IT support type of position in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities
End-User Support & Incident Management: Respond to service requests and incidents across multiple channels. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues quickly to minimize downtime.

System Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Perform routine maintenance, including software updates and virus scans, to maximize security and performance.

Documentation & Analytics: Accurately document all technical issues, diagnostics, and resolutions within our IT ticketing system to track trends and analyze system performance.

Team Collaboration: Partner and collaborate effectively with broader IT teams to escalate and resolve complex, high-level technical challenges.

User Training & Cybersecurity: Educate and train staff on cybersecurity policies, IT procedures, and digital best practices to maintain a secure corporate environment.

Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze user feedback to help optimize IT support processes and overall service delivery.

Health & Safety Compliance: Understand, promote, and strictly apply all local health and safety rules and procedures within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications
IT Solutions Administration: Solid experience administering IT solutions and a deep baseline knowledge of modern IT techniques.

Data & Analytics: Competent in data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive continuous process improvements.

Software Mastery: Proficient in standard office software and highly adept at utilizing communication and information technologies.

Security & Compliance: Demonstrated capability in managing and maintaining IT security standards.

Organization & Soft Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage customer relationships and assist teams through organizational change.

Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in a foreign language
