About the Role

Pragmatike is hiring on behalf of a confidential client for a Senior AI/ML Engineer role on a high-impact AI project.

This is a production-focused position for engineers who build real AI systems, not research prototypes or demo applications. You will work across the full AI lifecycle — from data and modeling to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement — contributing to scalable, real-world machine learning solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to design and operate AI systems that are reliable, production-grade, and built for real users and real scale.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in applied AI and machine learning engineering, who is comfortable operating in fast-moving environments and owning systems end-to-end.

What Youll Do

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models into production environments

• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, deployment, monitoring)

• Work with real-world, large-scale, and unstructured datasets

• Build reliable and scalable AI systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into production platforms

• Improve model performance, reliability, and operational stability

• Contribute to ML infrastructure, automation, and best practices

• Support continuous improvement of AI systems in production

What Were Looking For

• Senior-level experience in AI/ML engineering

• Strong hands-on background in building and deploying production ML systems

• Experience across the full ML lifecycle

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn

• Familiarity with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Spark

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and reliability in production

• Experience with CI/CD and automation in engineering environments

• Ability to work in real-world, non-academic AI environments

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
