  • Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding, ensuring a consistent, clear and compliant experience.

Employee Engagement & Office Operations

  • Lead the internal events strategy, owning the annual calendar and budget, and delivering in-person and remote events from planning through execution.
  • Drive employee engagement through programs, events, and feedback channels, using survey insights (eNPS, pulse) to identify and implement improvements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for:
    • employee and manager inquiries, providing timely and accurate P&C support
    • office operations, including facilities, supplies, and workplace safety.
  • Represent People & Culture on the DEI Committee, supporting initiatives and events.

  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS and ATS admin (BambooHR & Workable preferred)
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Experience managing compliance processes (ISO, OH&S) and policy administration
  • Strong ability to work independently and effectively across Google Workspace and Slack
