We're seeking a dynamic Admin Coordinator to join our client's team in Halifax on an on-call or contract basis. What We Offer :
- Salary : $16.50 – $20, depending on assignment + 4% vacation pay
- Job Type / Shift : Contract / On-Call
- Weekly pay What You'll Do :
- Enter data
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Coordinate invoice routing and monitor payments to subcontractors and vendors.
- Enter and maintain client and prospect data in automated system.
