Responsibilities :
Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents.
Manage deadlines, calendars, and lawyers’ travel arrangements.
Open, organize, and archive files using various platforms (Closing Folders, ShareFile, etc.).
Transcribe dictation, audio notes, and recordings.
Participate in billing in collaboration with the internal team.
Communicate with clients, colleagues, external parties, and internal departments.

Litigation-Specific Tasks :
Finalize court documents for filing.
Coordinate with bailiffs and court representatives.
Monitor judicial deadlines and assist with swearing-in procedures.
What you will need to succeed :
AEC in Legal Secretarial Studies or DEC in Office Administration (DEC in Legal Techniques is an asset).
2 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm.
Knowledge of Quebec litigation procedures (Federal Court, Tax Court of Canada, Supreme Court of Canada — an asset).
Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
Strong judgment, autonomy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Bilingual in French and English to support clients in both languages.
