Responsibilities
As an accounting technician you will :
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Verify and enter invoices sent to customers and those received by suppliers.
Produce payments.
Communicate with various departments regarding accounts payable and receivable.
Communicate with customers regarding payments (collection).
Maintain and update financial records, including daily entries.
Reconcile bank statements and financial documents.
Manage company credit cards.Perform tasks to support the finance department.
Qualifications
This accounting technicien role requires :
Experience in accounting or similar role.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English ( customers and suppliers are located outside Quebec)
Proactive, organized and meticulous.
Proven ability to multi-task.
Experience with Quickbooks
