Votre mission

Agissons. Changeons le monde. Dans ce rôle essentiel, vous collaborerez avec des spécialistes et des comptes clés, ainsi qu'avec des professionnels paramédicaux, pour Repatha, Evenity et Aranesp.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Contacter les médecins et autres professionnels de la santé (p. ex., infirmières, pharmaciens, groupes de défense des droits) afin de développer les activités et d'étendre l'utilisation clinique des produits Amgen applicables sur le territoire.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente mensuels et maximiser la part de marché par rapport aux produits concurrents.
  • Rédiger et mettre en œuvre des plans d'affaires territoriaux, créer et développer des programmes innovants et créer un avantage concurrentiel pour Amgen auprès des comptes clés. Répondre aux besoins des clients et maintenir un service de haute qualité grâce à la connaissance des domaines thérapeutiques concernés, à une prise en charge adaptée des patients, à la résolution et au tri des problèmes de remboursement et au soutien à la satisfaction client.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires internes (MSL, Marketing Patient Access Navigator, Grands Comptes).
  • Mettre en œuvre les stratégies marketing, notamment la diffusion de messages commerciaux à l'image de la marque.
  • Gérer la logistique liée aux tournées sponsorisées par Amgen ; mettre en œuvre des initiatives de formation continue et de formation continue (tournées de conférences nationales et régionales) avec les programmes.
  • Effectuer les tâches administratives requises, notamment l'analyse du territoire et la génération de rapports d'appels dans les systèmes Amgen.
  • Fournir un retour d'information sur les stratégies marketing et leur efficacité sur le terrain.
  • Respecter les politiques de pharmacovigilance d'Amgen pour la déclaration des effets indésirables (EI) et des plaintes concernant les produits (PC).

  • Baccalauréat
  • Poste basé dans la région du Grand Montréal
  • Qualifications souhaitées :

  • Expérience en vente dans les secteurs de la rhumatologie et de la cardiologie / dyslipidémie, un atout majeur
  • Expérience en vente en médecine spécialisée et en médecine de première ligne
  • Connaissance des clients du territoire
  • Compétences en vente concurrentielles - expérience acquise

    What you will do

    Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be calling on key specialists and accounts, as well as, allied health professionals for Repatha, Evenity and Aranesp.

    Key Accountabilities / Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Contacting physicians and other Healthcare Professionals (eg. Nurses, Pharmacists, Advocacy Groups) to develop business and expand the clinical use of applicable Amgen product(s) in the territory.
  • Achievement of monthly sales objectives and maximum market share vs. competitive product(s)
  • Writing and implementing territory business plans and create / develop innovative programs and build competitive advantage for Amgen within key accounts.
  • Respond to customer needs and maintain a high quality of service via knowledge of the applicable therapeutic areas, appropriate management of patients, resolving / triage reimbursement issues, and supporting fulfillment
  • Work closely with internal partners (MSL, Marketing Patient Access Navigator, Key Accounts)
  • Carry out marketing strategies, including delivering branded sales messages
  • Handle any logistics pertaining to Amgen sponsored rounds; implement in-services and continuing health education initiatives (National / Regional Speaker Tours) with programs
  • Required administration including territory analysis and call reporting in Amgen system(s)
  • Providing feedback on marketing strategies and effectiveness in the field
  • Adhere to Amgen pharmacovigilance policies for reporting Adverse Events (AE) and Product Complaints (PC)

  • Sales experience in the Rheumatology and Cardiology / Dyslipidemia market a significant asset
