SUMMARY : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Foodservice Key Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing key accounts within the foodservice industry, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who can provide customized solutions to meet the unique needs of foodservice operators. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing key accounts and drive business development initiatives to expand portfolios. Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to meet client needs, ensuring achievement of revenue targets and sales goals. Stay updated on food industry trends, products, and market conditions to provide expert advice and solutions to clients. Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis for each key account. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing to ensure customer satisfaction. Negotiate pricing, contracts and promotions in alignment with company objectives. Identify and explore new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies for market expansion and product introduction. Qualifications : Must have own car and possess a valid Driver’s license. 3+ years of experience in foodservice sales and account management. Must have thorough understanding of distribution / supplier network. Must have thorough knowledge of products being sold. Willingness to travel as needed and attend industry events. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Must possess strong analytical and negotiating skills.
