Description
The Partner Marketing Specialist role will be accountable for developing and prioritizing new strategic partnerships, marketing strategies and to accelerate penetration rate with existing priority partner segments. They will manage and execute new strategic partner (NSP) marketing programs, driving innovation and campaign delivery through partner channels.
Key Accountabilities Include:
Conduct analysis of high-potential targeted and develop incremental strategies to accelerate penetration rate growth within these super-growth partner categories.
Innovate new priority group partner marketing approaches to engage alumni, students, faculty, and staff through alumni partner channels e.g. Data matching.
Develop and execute a strategic plan in collaboration with priority GI partners to drive sustained AMG penetration rate growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
Lead the planning, execution, and performance tracking of new partner marketing initiatives (excl existing email campaigns).
Take a strategic leadership role by partnering with AMG relationship managers, GI Journey (Shop), Marketing, and cross-functional experts to conceptualize, design, and launch high-impact partner marketing campaigns that align with organizational growth objectives.
Drive AI innovation in affinity partner marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
Support faster test and learn cycles through scenario modeling and early signal detection
Work with data teams to extract and analyze existing partner and member data to identify high potential segments, lifecycle moments and underperforming penetration points and support creating consumer insights
Monitoring market trends
Developing and executing new partner marketing campaigns
Support creative development
Support customer test and learns through partner channels
Overseeing campaign management
Collaborating with marketing teams/agencies, and measuring and optimizing results to help AMG achieve its growth targets.
Job Requirements
A university degree in Marketing and 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing strategies strong communication skills
Strong data/analytical skills
Knowledge of TD Insurance products is an asset
B2B experience
Bilingualism (Eng./Fre.) is an asset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
