Logistics Customer Representative

Location : Pointe-Aux-Trembles

Shift : 6AM - 3PM

Industry : Transportation

If you have experience in logistics, a passion for customer relations, and a flair for tailor-made solutions, this position is definitely for you. We're looking for an organized, attentive professional who can balance customer follow-up with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for key clients

Respond to customer rate inquiries

Identify and resolve issues related to deliveries

Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure efficient service

Manage and control shipping documentation

Work closely with internal teams to optimize transportation lead times

Support the Billing / Collection Department with any rate and billing issues.

Sell additional services and solutions to existing key customers, identifying cross-sell opportunities

Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and effectively manage any shipping problems.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written (regular communication with English-speaking contacts).

Sense of urgency and excellent priority management.

Ability to anticipate and manage unforeseen events.

Comfortable with IT tools (Office Suite, TMS, CRM).

Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or client service, in logistics or the transport industry.
