Job descriptionDétenir une formation en administration des affaires ou gestion de l’information ou autre formation pertinente au poste; Avoir 3 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire; Expérience dans l'interprétation, l'analyse des données, la gestion de base de données et la création de tableau de bord; Excellente maîtrise de l'outil de Microsoft Power BI; Avoir un niveau avancé avec la suite MS Office : Excel (Recherche V, tableaux croisés dynamiques, script, etc.), PowerPoint, Outlook; Détenir de bonnes connaissances du langage SQL; Excellente habileté en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais (afin de répondre aux demandes à travers le Canada et États-Unis); Sens de l’analyse, rigueur et capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques; Autonomie, esprit d’équipe et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément; Approche orientée utilisateur et sensibilité aux besoins d’affaires.

Vous serez responsable de la prise de besoins, d’analyser tout prix, toute tendance, les produits, les catégories, les clients et fournisseurs jusqu’au déploiement de la solution permettant à l’entreprise de prendre de bonnes décisions d'affaires.
Responsabilités :
- Recueillir et documenter les besoins analytiques exprimés par les membres de l’équipe;
- Concevoir et développer des solutions d’analyse de donnée à l’aide de Microsoft Power BI;
- Développer des rapports et des tableaux de bord (analyse de prix, calcul de marges, analyse de ventes par trimestre ou par produits, taux satisfaction client, montant surpayé pour les douanes, etc.);
- Créer les mesures et les indicateurs de performance ;
- Trouver et proposer des solutions innovatrices aux défis analytiques;
- Effectuer des tâches de modélisations et présenter les données;
- Participer de manière continue au partage de connaissances au sein de l’équipe.
