Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) informatique junior motiv(e) pour soutenir nos oprations TI au quotidien. La personne idale aime rsoudre des problmes, aider les utilisateurs et apprendre de nouvelles technologies, notamment le cloud. Vous serez responsable du support technique, de la gestion des tickets, du dpannage et de lassistance pour nos outils et systmes internes.
Responsabilits principales
Fournir du support technique niveau 1 / niveau 2 (matriel, logiciel, rseau, comptes utilisateurs).
Grer et rsoudre les tickets via Jira Service Management.
Crer, mettre jour et suivre les demandes selon les SLA internes.
Assister dans ladministration de Microsoft 365 (comptes, licences, courriels, Teams, OneDrive).
Participer lonboarding / offboarding des employ(e)s.
Maintenir linventaire du matriel informatique.
Dpanner Windows et macOS.
Appliquer les bonnes pratiques de scurit (MFA, mots de passe, conformit).
Appuyer lquipe TI senior dans des tches lies AWS (IAM, S3, EC2 de base).
Documenter les procdures et crer des articles de base de connaissances.
Comptences et qualifications requises
1 2 ans dexprience en support informatique ou rle similaire.
Exprience avec un systme de tickets (idalement Jira Service Management).
Bonne connaissance de Microsoft 365.
Bonne comprhension de Windows et notions de base en macOS.
Connaissance des principes MFA, gestion des comptes et scurit.
Excellentes comptences en communication.
Capacit travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
Atouts importants (fort avantage)
Exprience avec AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, CloudWatch).
Connaissances de base en PowerShell, Bash ou Python.
Exprience avec Azure AD / Entra ID.
Connaissance dIntune ou des outils MDM.
Notions de rseaux (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
