Job Description

We are looking for an IT Quality Assurance Coordinator to lead quality assurance activities specific to the needs of the fraud management domain of a program.

The program is made up of 8 domains and requires numerous interdomain / project connections and with different teams in the organization. The program includes a significant technological portion and runs until 2026. The main supplier is located in the United States, in a cloud infrastructure service context. As an IT Fraud QA Coordinator , you contribute to the resolution of complex problems requiring analysis.

Main Responsibilities

• Target, capture, analyze and interpret the information and data needed to support the testing phases, implementation strategies, various quality assurance tests, the decision-making process and the processes for monitoring the application of current management policies and practices.
• Identify the IT tests required to ensure coverage according to the targeted testing level and ensure the link with other levels.
• Document IT QA deliverables (detailed testing strategy, test plan, test cases, test execution).
• Understand business and functional use cases.
• Understand the various processes within the program.
• Ensure that the testing team has an understanding of the systems and changes.
• Identify and develop test cases related to the use cases.
• Rigorously execute the tests (manual and automated) for which it has been assigned responsibility.
• Manage anomalies, execution of test cases following fixes and close anomalies.
• Prepare the configuration of test environments.
• Produce test progress status reports and inform the Quality Advisor on the progress status.
• Ensure the updating of test cases and tests related to project change requests.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un coordonnateur assurance-qualité TI pour piloter les activités d’assurances qualité spécifiques aux besoins du domaine de gestion de la fraude d’un programme.

Le programme est constitué de 8 domaines et requiert de nombreux arrimages interdomaines / projets et avec différentes équipes de l’organisation. Le programme comporte une portion technologique importante et s’étale jusqu’en 2026. Le fournisseur principal est situé aux États-Unis, et cela dans un contexte de service d’infrastructure infonuagique. À titre de Coordonnateur AQ TI Fraude, vous contribuez à la résolution de problèmes complexes nécessitant une analyse.
