Information Management Specialist - Senior
- Maintainthe 911 road network by collecting synthesizing compiling anddistributing data gathered from different sources in variousformats into the central standardized GISrepository.
- Provideapplication support and troubleshooting relating to the maintenancerefresh and transformation of GIS data including resolving issuesrelated to a suite of GIS applications and databases developing andrunning SQL queriesetc
- Developenhancements to GIS related software databases processes tools andclient products including but not limited to automation dataquality assurance processes software and database upgrades databaseperformance etc
- Conductcomplex analysis of GIS related data and provide visualrepresentation reporting and dashboards to show operational trendsand performancemetrics
- Leadand support GIS related initiatives including but not limited totechnical advice and support on infrastructure life cyclemanagement ArcGIS upgrades data standardization NG 911 readinessetc
Requirements
Musthaves :
- Soundknowledge of Geographic Information System (GIS) principlespractices spatial standards andprocedures
- Knowledgeof enterprise GIS application technology spatial databaseapplication software database management system and MicrosoftOfficeSuite.
- Extensivefunctioning knowledge of ArcGIS and GIS related databasestandards.
- Abilityto create custom GIS and mapping reports and dashboards asrequired
- Abilityto conduct testing integration and deployment of the developedchanges across theenvironment
