Job purpose :
This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within our organization. They will bring to the role a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the business, having been responsible for clients of all sizes and scope from above-the-line to digital managing a team of people.
This position reports to the VP of Client Service.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Initiate and guide the strategic directions for their respective clients
- Identify new sources of revenue for their clients, and map out plans to meet those objectives
- Build strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and co-workers alike
- Deliver client satisfaction at all levels;
- Establish revenue projections for each client and monitoring during the year;
- Ensure the profitability of clients assigned;
- Participate in business development efforts and / or identifying resources team to
- participate;
- Assess team and make adjustments accordingly if necessary;
- Make annual evaluations of team members and make followed accordingly;
- Stimulate the team and establish development plans of these
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree preferably in marketing or advertising
- Experience managing a team in an agency environment
- Very high capabilities in customer relationship management and interpersonal skills major
- A great sense of organization
- Retail Agency experience preferred but not essential
- Minimum of 10 years of agency experience
- Very high leadership capacity and ability to stimulate team
- Autonomous and responsible
- Great listening skills
- Sensitivity to the important concept of Business Development
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
