PositionOverview :

We are looking for independentthinkers and selfdirected. This role requires someone who canefficiently handle various administrative duties while takinginitiative to improve processes and streamline operations.

Theideal candidate will be organized proactive and capable of managingmultiple tasks with minimalsupervision.

Responsibilities :

  • Overseedaytoday office operations.
  • Manage officesupplies equipment and facilities to ensure smoothoperations.
  • Coordinate meetingsappointments
  • Maintain office policies andprocedures ensuring compliance with companystandards.
  • Handle incoming and outgoingcorrespondence including emails phone calls andmail.
  • Take initiative to identify areas forimprovement and implement solutions to enhanceefficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between employeesmanagement and external stakeholders.
  • Handleconfidential information with discretion andprofessionalism.
  • Speak with high qualityprospects seeking independence for themselves
